Create long uninterrupted workspaces from strong component sharing bench systems.  A typical bench desk system scenario is in a hot desk environment allowing the users who need a workspace on a sporadic basis.  Many bench systems use intelligent desk top cable access areas allowing the hot desk user to simply plug in their laptop or chosen peripheral and come and go as they please.  Other typical bench desk scenarios are call centres, architects desks for large plan surfaces and inter work groups where communication is vital.  Companies with bench systems have reported that the employees are better setup for group communications and actually enjoy using the large setups with increases seen in project quality and efficiency.

Bench system structure

Bench desks are built from strong beam systems which either have integral wire managed cable trays and power adapter support or frames which can have cable trays added to them at a later date.  The cable trays are usually accessible from desk top flaps, sliding work tops or small gaps.  Pull up, desk through power, communication and data distribution modules are also available on some bench systems for additional users. 

This system uses a roll back desktop to allow access to the cable management system.

Bench Screen systems

Bench systems are available with desk top screens in either fabric, MDF or an acrylic finish.  Desk top tool rails are available for the bench systems which contain several attachments such as sliding monitor arms, paper tray sets, in and out boxes and stationery holders.  The desk top screens are also available with toolbar rails.  If the user requires to close their space off for any period, then small side screens can simply be placed on the desk top.
